Namjai ("we", "us", "our") is committed to handling the personal information of everyone who contacts us or uses our watch repair and restoration services with care and respect. Our workshop is located at 137 Thanon Tok Road, Bang Kho Laem, Bangkok 10120, Thailand. This policy applies to information collected through our website at namjaix.world, by email, by telephone, and in person at our workshop.

Data retention
We retain service records for a period of seven years from the date of service, as these form part of a watch's documented history and may be needed for warranty or reference purposes. General enquiry correspondence is retained for two years. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal obligations.

- Service partners: If a part needs to be sourced from a supplier, we may share the minimum necessary information (such as a watch model or part description) to do so. We do not share your name or contact details with suppliers.

- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by Thai law or by a valid legal process.

Our workshop is based in Thailand. If you are contacting us from outside Thailand, your personal data will be transferred to and processed in Thailand. We take steps to ensure this is handled appropriately and in accordance with applicable law.
