Services & Pricing

Three services, one standard of care

Each service is designed around a different starting point — where your watch is now, and where you would like it to be.

Our Method

How we approach every watch

Before any service begins, we review the watch and share a written assessment. This is not a sales step — it is a genuine look at the piece, describing what we find and what we would recommend. You receive this at no charge, and you are free to take the watch back if you decide not to proceed.

Where we do proceed, the service follows the scope described at the outset. If something unexpected is found mid-service — a cracked jewel, a worn wheel tooth, a damaged crown tube — we stop and contact you before continuing. Nothing proceeds without your agreement.

Every service uses Swiss-grade lubricants applied by calibrated tools. Cleaning uses an ultrasonic bath, not manual scrubbing, to protect surfaces. After assembly, each watch runs for a minimum of 48 hours in the workshop before we consider the work complete.

You receive a written service record covering everything done, any parts replaced, and the timing results before and after. This becomes part of your watch's documented history.

Across All Services

Standards that do not change

Secure custody

All watches are photographed on arrival and stored securely throughout the service. The workshop is not open to outside visitors during operating hours.

Swiss-grade materials

Lubricants, seals, and cleaning agents are sourced from established European suppliers. No off-grade substitutes are used regardless of service tier.

Timing machine data

Movement rate is measured objectively before and after every service. Results are included in the written documentation returned with the watch.

48-hour observation

Every serviced movement runs for a minimum of 48 hours in the workshop before we sign off. This allows us to observe its behaviour before it is returned to you.

Written documentation

Every service includes a written record of work completed, any parts sourced or replaced, and timing results. This is handed back with the watch.

Direct communication

You communicate directly with the watchmaker throughout. If something requires a decision mid-service, you are contacted before work continues.
